Add frozen ingredients to a blender: add frozen banana, avocado, and cauliflower to the blender.
Add protein powder, spirulina, and vanilla: Scoop in your protein powder, blue spirulina, and vanilla extract.
Pour in coconut milk and blend: Start with 1/4 cup of milk and blend on high until smooth. Add more only if needed to help it blend. Keep an eye on any “max fill” lines depending on what blender you use.
Scoop into a bowl: The texture should be thick like soft-serve.
Add toppings: Top with keto cookie dough, chocolate chips, or any other desired toppings.
Notes
Keto Option: replace banana with extra frozen avocado/cauliflower, and add sugar free sweetener to taste.
Protein Powder: use any protein powder you love. I like using collagen peptides for a dairy free option, but whey based or plant based protein powders also work.
Milk: any milk or dairy free milk can be used. If you want the texture to be thick like soft-serve, make sure to add liquid slowly and only add just enough to blend.
