A refreshing, hydrating, low calorie watermelon sorbet made with just a few simple ingredients. No sugar added, dairy-free, and perfect for hot summer days!

Ingredients
1 ½cupsfresh watermelon chunks
½cupcoconut milkcoconut water, or milk of choice
1tbsplemon juice
1watermelon flavored electrolyte packetoptional
sweetener to tasteoptional
Instructions
Blend the base: In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks, coconut milk, lemon juice, electrolyte packet (if using), and sweetener to taste.
Freeze the mixture: Pour into a Ninja CREAMi pint container and freeze for at least 12-24 hours.
Creami process: After freezing, process in the Ninja CREAMi using the "Sorbet" function.
Re-spin if needed: If the texture is crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp extra coconut milk and respin.
Serve and enjoy: Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately for a soft-serve sorbet texture.
Notes
Sweetness Level: Add sweetener (monk fruit, allulose, cane sugar, etc.) to taste only if needed. Adjust sweetener based on how sweet your watermelon is.Electrolytes: Adding watermelon-flavored electrolyte powder adds extra hydration and flavor but is optional.No Ninja CREAMi? You can freeze the blended mixture in an ice cube tray, then blend the cubes in a high-speed blender or food processor.
