Ingredients
1cupblanched almond flour
½cuppowdered or granulated sugar-free sweetener
⅓cupDutch cocoa powder
¼tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
6Tbspunsalted buttermelted
2large eggs
½tspvanilla extract
¾cupsugar-free chocolate chipsdivided
½cupheavy cream
1cupfresh strawberriessliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
Stir all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla, and stir until combined. Fold in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool.
Make ganache: Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over low-medium heat until it starts to bubble. Remove from heat, and add remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Allow to sit for a minute to melt, then stir until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of ganache over the cooled brownies, and place in fridge to harden.
Add sliced strawberries, then cover with remaining ganache. Return to fridge and allow ganache to set until firm.
