Ingredients
1cupheavy cream240ml
2Tbspunsalted butter28g
1/4-1/2cuppowdered sugar-free sweetener48-96g
¾cupsugar-free darkwhite, or milk chocolate chips (168g)
Instructions
For white chocolate fudge: Add cream, butter, and 1⁄4 cup sweetener to a pan over low-medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken.
Remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
Spread mixture into parchment lined 8x4inch pan. Allow to set in the refrigerator. Slice into 12 pieces, and enjoy!
For classic chocolate fudge, repeat all steps, to 1⁄3-1⁄2 cup of sweetener and use milk or dark sugar-free chocolate chips.
