Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a standard size donut pan with non-stick oil spray.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Melt butter and cream cheese together, then add to dry ingredients. Stir until distributed.
Add egg and vanilla and stir until a thick batter forms.
Distribute into 6 donuts in the pan.
Bake for 14-17 minutes.
Allow to cool, then follow instructions to make glaze if desired.
To make glaze, Heat coconut oil until it is completely liquid.
Add powdered sweetener one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. More can be added if necessary.
Spoon glaze over cooled donuts until all sides are covered.
Place donuts in the freezer or refrigerator for a few minutes to quickly solidify glaze. Once solidified, the glazed donuts can be stored at room temperature.
Notes
Use refined coconut oil if you do not want the glaze to have a coconut flavor.
